Experience description
Spend a weekend in Karak during milking season and take part in the process of making jameed, the main ingredients for Jordan’s national dish of mansaf. Beit Al Jameed in Al-Karak produces jameed the traditional way and you can enjoy the full experience in this hospitable town. Al-Karak castle will be explored on foot before the Jameed experience.

8:00AM Bus departs from meeting point
10:00AM Arrival to Al-Karak castle
12:30PM Finish our tour of Al-Karak Castel – Head to the Jameed Experience
1:00-3:30PM Our local experience will take you into the kitchen, learn the process of making Jameed and cooking Mansef with our experienced local family
3:30PM Depart back to Amman
5:30PM Arrival to Amman
