Wilderness First Aid

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

Prepare for the unexpected with this engaging, hands-on introduction to wilderness first aid experience over two days in some of the most suited locations on the Jordan Trail. For guides, avid hikers, and anyone with an interest in wild camping, the Jordan Trail Association offers this two-day experience on Wilderness First Aid with actual application on the Trail and camping sites. While enjoying nature and wildlife, you will learn first-hand with local community members how to deal with injuries while in a remote environment and make use of the resources available to you to prevent, assess and treat injuries and illnesses. By the end of this unique experience, we will also provide you with a certificate by international specialists in this area, Solo Schools, so you can lead on your next wilderness adventures with your colleagues and friends.
